Photo source   درش! قبل الساعة الثالثة عصراً من ثاني أياما رمضان صيف 2020، تسلل مصطفى لاهثًا من شدة حرارة شهر يوليو إلى مطعم "عيسى العوام" متلفتاً حوله بشكل مثير للريبة في محاولة أقرب للهروب من متابعين وهميين صنعهم عقله الباطن، حتى وقع نظره على أصغر طاولة في ركن المطعم الشبه خالي من الزبائن فيما عدا طاولتين تحتل إحداها شابة يافعة في منتصف العمر، والأخرى لأسرة صغيرة بدا عليها الوجوم وكأنها معتادة بشكل روتيني في مثل تلك الأثناء على تلك الطاولة المفضلة قرب نافذة المطعم المطلة على شارع أحد أحياء القاهرة العتيقة.  دقائق معدودة مرت على مصطفى وهو يتطلع الى نهاية صالة المطعم بشكل يوحي بنفاذ الصبر في محاولةً منه للفت انتباه النادل وحده دون غيره من الزبائن حتى لا يلتفت اليه احدهم فيشعر بالحرج، حاله كحال من يستعد لطلب أحد العقاقير الممنوع تداولها للجمهور في الصيدليات، حتى لاحظ النادل أخيراً تلك اليد الملوحة إليه ومن خلفها ذلك الوجه الشاحب لشاب ثلاثيني والذي لازال يجفف عرقه بيده الأخرى، فالتفت النادل للرف المكدس عليه قوائم الطعام وسحب إحداها مسرعاً خطاه نحو مصطفى بشكل يوحي بالاهتمام إلى

  تعرف إن أضرار العصاير للأسف تقريباً زيها زي أضرار السكر حتى الفريش منها؟  🤔 بالراحة بس وواحدة واحدة ومن غير خناق، 😅  بعد ما إتكلمنا عن أضرار السكر، هنتكلم عن أضرار السكر الناتج عن العصاير الفريش... خلينا ناخد مثال؛ 😊 التفاحة 🍎  مثلاً فيها ١٠ جرام سكر, ونسبة إحتياج الجسم من السكر اليومي حوالي ٣٠ جرام بتختلف من الراجل والست… عشان تستخلص كوباية عصير تفاح إنت محتاج حوالي ٣ تفاحات يعني كل إحتياجك اليومي من السكر، من غير ما تقرب من أي حاجة تانية، بصورة أبسط كوبايتين عصير في اليوم بتديك ضعف إحتياجك من "إجمالي" السكر اللي محتاجه جسمك، واللي بيزيد عن إحتياجه بيتخزن على هيئة دهون وبيأثر على الشرايين والقلب و الدماغ و غيره… 😕 =طيب ما أنا لما آكل تفاح هاخد نفس النسبة!  🤓 - ده صحيح مع مراعاة إن مش طبيعي ناكل 6 تفاحات، لكن هتاخد مع كل تفاحة صوديوم، ماغنسيوم، بوتاسيوم، كربوهيدريتس، الياف، بروتين، فيتامين سي، سكر، و غيره، كل العناصر الغذائية دي بتقل بعد عصرها بنسب قد تصل الى أكتر من ٩٠٪؜  🤷 ‍♂ ️ مثلاً البروتين بيقل من ٠.٣ جرام الى .٠.١ جرام، فيتامين سي بينزل من ٧٪؜ الى ١٪؜، الألياف
